Built to Last
What does it mean to build your life on the Rock? A look at wise and foolish builders.
Wherever you are on your journey of faith, there is a place for you here. Come as you are and join our family this Sunday.
Here's everything you need to know before your first Sunday with us.
Our services are relaxed and friendly, with contemporary worship, a practical message from the Bible, and time to connect over lunch afterwards. A typical service runs for around 90 minutes.
Families are very welcome. During the Sunday service we run age-appropriate programs for children. Ask a welcomer and we'll help you find the right room.
Come as you are — you'll see everything from smart to casual. There's no dress code.
Onsite and nearby street parking is available. Local bus routes are a short walk from the church.
JRMC is a welcoming Christian church centred on faith in Jesus, worship, prayer and genuine community.
"Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited."
To proclaim Jesus to all nations and make disciples of all generations.
At JRMC, we are committed to expanding God's Kingdom, strengthening our faith, discipling all generations and transforming communities for God's glory.

Serving and blessing our local Parramatta community.
We believe:
That the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God.
That there is one true God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
That man fell through disobedience (sin).
That Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, accomplished our redemption through His death and resurrection, ascended to the right hand of the Father, where He remains our eternal High Priest and intercessor for the Church, and will return in glory to receive His Church.
That salvation is by grace through faith in Christ Jesus.
That repentance and acceptance of Christ are vital.
That being born again is the spiritual new birth realised in becoming a child of God.
That Jesus Christ is to be our Lord and Saviour.
That water baptism by immersion is the outward declaration of God's inward work in the believer.
That the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift to the believer, who is endued with power, with the normal evidence of speaking in tongues.
